SMS Communications

By providing your phone number, you consent to receive SMS messages from OilHunterBots related to your appointments, driver assignments, and payment processing. Message frequency varies based on your service activity. Standard message and data rates may apply. You can opt out of SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any message. For help, reply HELP.

Information Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only with: (a) service providers who help us operate (SMS delivery, payment processing, mapping); (b) regulatory agencies when required for EPA/TCEQ compliance; and (c) authorities when required by law. We retain manifest and regulatory records for the period required by EPA and TCEQ regulations. Account and contact data is retained while your account is active and may be deleted upon request, subject to regulatory retention requirements.

By accessing or using the OilHunterBots platform, website, booking system, or SMS services (collectively, the "Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, also known as these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms of Service, please do not use our Services.

Services Provided

OilHunterBots provides AI-powered logistics services for the collection, manifest tracking, and recycling scheduling of used motor oil and related waste fluids across Texas. Services include scheduled pickups, on-demand collection, EPA/TCEQ-compliant manifest generation, payment processing for chargeable services, and payout disbursement for qualifying generators.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age and have the legal authority to bind the business or entity you represent to use our Services. By registering or booking, you confirm that you meet these requirements.

Booking & Scheduling

Pickup appointments are scheduled based on truck availability and service area coverage. OilHunterBots reserves the right to reschedule or decline appointments due to capacity, weather, or regulatory constraints. Estimated gallon quantities are approximate; final amounts are confirmed by the driver on site. Cancellations should be made at least 24 hours in advance when possible.

Payment & Payouts

Depending on your service agreement, OilHunterBots may either pay you for qualifying used oil or charge a service fee for collection. The applicable mode, rate per gallon, and minimum gallon thresholds are confirmed at the time of booking. All charges are processed through our secure third-party payment provider. Payouts to generators are issued based on actual collected volume and are subject to the minimum gallon requirement.

SMS Messaging Terms

By providing your phone number, you consent to receive SMS messages from OilHunterBots regarding appointments, driver assignments, reminders, and payment links. Message frequency varies based on service activity. Standard message and data rates may apply. To opt out, reply STOP to any message. To request assistance, reply HELP. We do not send marketing or promotional messages via SMS without separate consent. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Manifests & Compliance

OilHunterBots generates EPA and TCEQ-compliant manifests for all collected materials. You are responsible for providing accurate generator information, including business name, address, EPA ID, and TCEQ ID where applicable. Signatures captured on site are legally binding certifications of the information provided.

User Responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate and truthful information when booking and completing manifests; ensure safe and lawful access to the pickup location; not mix non-oil hazardous materials with used oil without prior approval; and maintain valid EPA/TCEQ registrations where required by law.

Limitation of Liability

OilHunterBots is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our Services. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim. We are not responsible for delays caused by factors beyond our control, including weather, carrier issues, or regulatory actions.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts located within Texas.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
